Refund Policy

If CRUNKS Pro is not for you, you get your money back. Here is how.

1. Who can get a refund

Anyone who bought CRUNKS Pro can get a full refund of the €15 within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

2. How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@crunks.party.
2. Send it from the email address you used for the order, or include that email address.
3. Write "Refund" in the subject. That is all.

We process the refund through Stripe. The money goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase (shown as "Sold through Link"). You can also ask Stripe/Link support for a refund.

3. What happens to your key

When we refund you, your Pro key is disabled. You can keep using the free version of CRUNKS and join any party. Your presets stay on our server and are not deleted.

4. Your legal right of withdrawal

Under Danish and EU law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered right away, that right ends when delivery starts, if you agreed to this at checkout (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13). Your Pro key is delivered right after checkout.

That is why we give you our own voluntary 14-day refund anyway. It applies even though the legal right has ended. Your other rights under consumer law, for example if CRUNKS does not work as described, are not affected.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days, we do not normally refund. If CRUNKS Pro does not work as described, contact us. You keep your rights under consumer law.

6. Trial keys

Beta and trial keys are free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. A trial key ends by itself.

7. Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before you open a chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster. If a payment is charged back, or if refunds are abused (for example buying and refunding again and again), the key is blocked.
